What is the ruling on wearing a sandal that has the name of Allah written on its sole? Is it permissible to wear it?

Respecting the names of Allah is an obligation, and it is impermissible to expose them to indignity. Whoever glorifies the sacred rites and symbols of Allah, it is indeed from the piety of hearts. The Prophet, peace be upon him, disliked mentioning the name of Allah except in a state of ritual purity. Writing the name of majesty (Allah) on footwear, especially on its underside, contradicts His glorification, and this act is fundamentally impermissible. Whoever does so intentionally and willingly, or wears footwear with such a characteristic, has indeed departed from the fold of Islam.
