The ruling on publishing advertisements depends on what is being advertised. What is permissible may be advertised, and what is forbidden is prohibited from being advertised, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." There is no difference between Arabic and foreign advertisements in this regard. If it is possible to avoid prohibitions in the site to be created, then it is permissible; otherwise, it is not. It is not permissible to allow space for actions forbidden by Sharia, such as women's hairstyling and accounting in usurious banks.
