What is the ruling on establishing a classified and commercial advertisement website that includes job vacancies for hairdressers, fashion designers, party planners, and bank accountants, knowing that job advertisements are free while commercial advertisements are paid and those that are Islamically unlawful can be rejected? Will the website owner bear sin for publishing advertisements for the aforementioned jobs, or is everyone responsible for themselves? Is it permissible to publish advertisements for foreigners?

The ruling on publishing advertisements depends on what is being advertised. What is permissible may be advertised, and what is forbidden is prohibited from being advertised, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." There is no difference between Arabic and foreign advertisements in this regard. If it is possible to avoid Sharia prohibitions in the site to be created, then it is permissible; otherwise, it is not. It is not permissible to allow space for actions forbidden by Sharia, such as women's hairstyling and accounting in usurious banks.
