Is it permissible for me to take my dues from the company while others have not received theirs, even though I promised them that based on the company owners' assurances?

The manager is an agent for the company. If he purchases or leases something for a price that becomes a debt, he guarantees the price or rent. The debt is primarily established as an obligation upon the principal (the company) and secondarily upon the agent. The seller has the right to demand payment from whomever he wishes of the two. The agent is a guarantor of what he has guaranteed, based on the hadith: "The guarantor is liable." Therefore, the questioner is responsible for the dues of the traders and contractors, and they have the right to demand payment from him. He, in turn, can claim reimbursement from the company owners for what he has guaranteed.
