Is it sunnah for the worshipper to say "Allah" after the Imam recites Allah's saying: "Then who could bring you flowing water?" in Surat Al-Mulk?

It is sunnah for the reciter, both within and outside of prayer, to ask Allah for mercy when passing by a verse of mercy, to seek refuge in Him when passing by a verse of punishment, to glorify Him when passing by a verse of glorification, and to reflect upon a parable when passing by a verse containing one. When reciting "Is not Allah the most just of judges?" (Quran 95:8), one should say: "Yes, and I am among those who bear witness to that." When reciting "Then in what statement after it will they believe?" (Quran 77:50), one should say: "I have believed in Allah." And when reciting "Then who could bring you water from a flowing spring?" (Quran 67:30), one should say: "Allah, Lord of the worlds." The evidence for this is what Hudhayfah narrated, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do so in his prayer.
