If the exam questions usually differ from the compilations, and professors advise reviewing them, then there is no harm in that. However, if the compilations are the actual exam questions, which defeats the purpose and meaning of the exam, or if the organizing body prohibits the publication of these questions, then it is forbidden to publish them or to use them for assistance.
