Is the failure to kiss female employees and merely greet them, and the absence of courtesy and hypocrisy, considered proof of bad manners?

The Sunnah when a Muslim meets his brother under normal circumstances is to shake hands, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, when two Muslims meet and shake hands, their sins fall away from them as leaves fall from a tree." As for kissing and embracing without an occasion, the scholars have disliked it, based on the Hadith narrated by At-Tirmidhi: "A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, if one of us meets his brother, should he bow to him?' He said: 'No.' He said: 'Should he embrace him and kiss him?' He said: 'No.' He said: 'Should he take his hand and shake it?' He said: 'Yes.'" However, on occasions like Eid, there is no harm in embracing and kissing the cheek without lust, based on the Hadith narrated by At-Tirmidhi from Zayd ibn Harithah: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, stood up to him, dragging his garment, and embraced him and kissed him."
