What is the ruling on the frequent emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid), especially before marriage? And what rulings are entailed by this regarding reading the Quran, entering into prayer, uttering the basmala and the glorious name of Allah, and the marriage contract? And what must one do if they find some of it on their clothes after performing ablution (wudu)?

Pre-seminal fluid (madhy) is impure and invalidates ablution (wudu). If you suffer from incontinence of pre-seminal fluid, then protect yourself [from it] and perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. Pray as much as you wish, and whatever exits from you will not harm you until the time for that prayer exits. If you do not suffer from incontinence, then wait for an appropriate time to purify yourself, perform ablution, and pray. Prioritize purification over attending congregational prayer. Purification is not a condition for performing dhikr (remembrance of God) or reciting the Qur'an, but it is recommended. If pre-seminal fluid exits during recitation, it is preferable to stop until its discharge ceases, then resume. The exit of pre-seminal fluid does not affect the validity of a marriage contract.
