Is it possible to give zakat al-mal to our brothers in Somalia?

It is permissible for the giver of Zakat to transfer their Zakat to another country if there is a benefit in doing so, such as the presence of those who are in greater need than the poor in their own country. This is preferable if the other country is in greater need than their own country, so they should transfer it to them. Otherwise, it is better for them to distribute it in their own country.
