Is the repentance of one who insulted Allah in childhood out of anger, then felt extreme remorse, accepted, and does the noble verse apply to him: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful'"?

Whoever curses Allah Almighty, doing so intentionally and with full awareness, has committed an act of disbelief (kufr) and has exited the fold of Islam. Such a person must repent, renew their Islam, and engage in abundant good deeds. Allah accepts their repentance if they regret their action, cease it, and resolve never to return to it, for repentance expunges disbelief. Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" [Az-Zumar: 53]. And He says: "Indeed, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of the Fire, and never will you find for them a helper Except for those who repent" [An-Nisa: 145-146]. And Allah Almighty says concerning the Christians: "Will they not then turn to Allah in repentance and ask His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." [Al-Ma'idah: 74].
