Is it permissible to eat the fetus of a buffalo if its mother was slaughtered?

There is no objection to eating the fetus if it is removed from its mother's womb after she has been slaughtered and it is dead. The proof for this is the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The slaughter of the fetus is the slaughter of its mother." It is permissible to eat it whether it has hair or not, but it is preferable to avoid eating the fetus if it does not have hair.
