Squeezing after urination is not obligatory, and it is prescribed to abandon it if it causes harm. What the jurists mentioned about "natr" (shaking the penis) and squeezing is a means to remove any remaining urine, not an end in itself. Therefore, one should not preoccupy themselves with these means. Rather, one should perform proper istinja' (ablution after relieving oneself) once the urine flow has stopped. If one wishes to move or bend, they may do so without considering it a necessary rule.
