Is working as an inspector in the Ministry of Finance, monitoring usurious banks after a training period that includes internships in them, forbidden or permissible?

Working in banks that do not adhere to Sharia principles is fraught with perils, and it is best to avoid it. However, if the work in monitoring and supervising banks does not involve direct engagement in haram (unlawful) acts or assisting therein, then there is no harm in it. But if it does involve that, then it is not permissible, except in cases of extreme necessity, such as a student not being able to find another place for training and it is required for graduation. A Muslim should be certain that sustenance is preordained, and that whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, He will compensate him with something better.
