How should my father pray given that he cannot control his urine and is often unaware of his surroundings?

A father must pray as long as his mind is sound. If he loses consciousness and then regains it, prayer is obligatory upon him during his conscious moments. He should pray according to his ability, standing, sitting, or lying on his side. He should nod for bowing and prostration, making the nod for prostration lower.
