Is it permissible for a man to falsely testify that a woman is his suckling sister so that she can travel with him to perform Umrah?

This act is forbidden (haram) because it involves giving false testimony and lying, both of which are major sins. Furthermore, it entails cooperation in sin and aggression, and a woman traveling without a mahram and with a strange man, which could lead to unlawful seclusion (khalwa). This act may also lead to the establishment of incorrect rulings regarding fosterage (rada'ah). Whoever has committed this must repent and seek forgiveness.
