How is expiation paid for 2400 oaths, and what is the cost of a single oath if the weekly expenditure on food is 50 dollars, this being after the inability to fulfill vows of reading the Qur’an, glorifying God (tasbeeh), and refraining from fornication, due to difficult living conditions with the father?

If you did not utter the vow but merely intended it, then no expiation is due from you. However, if you did utter it, then expiation is due for each of the three oaths. You are only liable for three expiations, no matter how many times the violation is repeated, unless you swore with a wording that implies repetition. The expiation for a single oath is feeding ten poor people or clothing them. If you cannot find them, then it is fasting for three days.
