What is the meaning of al-Saʿālī, al-Ghūl, and al-Qutrub?

Al-Saʿlāh, al-Ghūl, and al-Qutrub are terms coined by Arabs in pre-Islamic times for things they claimed existed.
Al-Saʿlāh: The ghoul or sorceress of the jinn, and the most wicked of ghouls. It is also used to refer to a female ghoul.
Al-Ghūl: A sorceress of the jinn, and it was also said to be the male of the jinn.
Al-Qutrub: A small creature they claimed never rested during the day. It was also said to be the male of ghouls or the male of the saʿālī (female ghouls).
