Is it permissible for a university professor to add 15 marks for a poor student so that his average remains good, and consequently, the charitable organization continues to financially support him?

It is obligatory to adhere to the condition set by the entity responsible for the student's expenses, which is that the student must achieve a very good grade. It is not permissible for the student to resort to deception, nor is it permissible to assist him in doing so, because Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Furthermore, giving him grades he does not deserve is lying, cheating, and falsification, and all of that is forbidden.
