What is the ruling on a man divorcing his wife twice in one sitting while he was severely insulting her and was angry, and she is three months pregnant, and they have three children?

If a husband divorces twice while in a state of extreme anger, not knowing what he is saying, then nothing is incumbent upon him. However, if he is aware of what he is saying, then the two divorces take effect according to the majority of scholars, despite the prohibition of his bid'i (innovative) divorce. Pregnancy does not prevent the divorce from taking effect. The wife must treat her husband kindly and obey him, and it is forbidden for her to curse him.
