If a woman passes away, leaving behind no heirs except her brothers' sons and her brothers' daughters, the inheritance is distributed equally among the brothers' sons only, provided that all the brothers are full siblings or paternal siblings of the deceased. The brothers' daughters receive nothing as they are not among the legal heirs. However, if some of the brothers are full siblings and others are paternal siblings, the inheritance goes to the sons of the full siblings, and the sons of the paternal siblings are excluded.
