Is it permissible to marry a girl secretly, when her guardian is one of her relatives, and her father is still alive?
For a marriage to be valid, the guardian's permission and the presence of witnesses are required. The father of the girl is the most rightful person to give her in marriage. It is not permissible to marry her under the guardianship of someone else while her father is alive; otherwise, the marriage would be invalid. Studying does not prevent marriage, so look for a way to marry her, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is nothing like marriage for two who love each other." If you do not find a way, then cut off your relationship with her, because it is not permissible for a Muslim to be in an emotional relationship with a non- woman. If you can marry her in the future, then praise be to Allah. Otherwise, there are many other women.
