Does silence toward a colleague who watches pornography at work—even if the computer screens may contain respectable content—constitute cooperation in mocking religion and disbelief if the silent person holds a higher rank?

Viewing obscene pictures is forbidden. This evil must be changed by anyone who knows about it, to the best of their ability. If someone is capable of changing it, it becomes an individual obligation (wajib ayni) if they are uniquely capable of doing so. The head of the workplace must denounce this evil, starting with gentle words and good admonition, then gradually escalating the tone of denunciation. This viewing is a sin and not a mockery, unless there is explicit evidence to indicate otherwise.
