Is a small amount of turbidity excused, by analogy with menstrual blood?

Scholars differ on whether a small amount of menstrual blood is excused or not. Among those who excuse a small amount of menstrual blood, they differ on whether yellowish and brownish discharges are considered blood or not. Hanafi jurists hold that they are blood, and a small amount of them is excused. However, according to the view that they are not blood, the general rule is to purify them, and a small amount of them is not excused because they are impure.
