What is the ruling on the fast of one who is compelled by a jinn during the daytime in Ramadan to ejaculate, and he struggles in vain to prevent it, and this happens on most days of the month for several years, and he is unable to make up these days due to the ongoing magic?

If a fasting person is forced to break their fast, their fast is valid, and there is no sin upon them. They are not required to make up the day, except in the case of being forced to break the fast through fornication, according to the Shafi'i school. This is the more probable view, based on what Ibn Abbas narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are forced to do." This is because coercion negates choice, and it is more severe than forgetfulness, and a forgetful person does not break their fast according to the preponderant opinion. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen said: "So, whoever is forced to do something that breaks the fast, and does it: there is no sin upon them, and their fast is valid." It is recommended to consistently perform ruqyah, supplicate, give charity, and be patient.
