1. Why have most scholars permitted a man the right to breastfeed from his wife, while Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) forbade it, and how does that reconcile with her fatwa? 2. And is it permissible for a husband to touch his wife's private parts with his right hand for foreplay, knowing that the Prophet's hadiths encourage purification with the left hand?

The preponderant view among the majority of scholars is that the suckling of an adult does not establish a prohibition (mahramiyyah), and this is the stance held by the four Imams.

Lady A'isha (may Allah be pleased with her) differed on this issue, as she issued a fatwa validating adult suckling, but the rest of the Prophet's wives (peace be upon him) disagreed with her.

It is permissible for a husband to masturbate with his wife's hand and to enjoy all parts of her body, while avoiding the anus and the vagina during menstruation and post-natal bleeding.

It is preferable to avoid using the right hand for masturbation out of respect for it, and even though masturbating with the wife's right hand is not prohibited, it is better to avoid it.
