Is it permissible for a man to caress his wife's breast with his mouth?

If the child does not suckle milk from the woman’s breast, there is no harm. If he does suckle, it is not befitting, yet it does not make her forbidden to him, whether he suckles little or much. This is based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Only suckling that tears the intestines and occurs before weaning makes (marriage) unlawful."
