How is inheritance divided among: one son, two daughters, a wife, and a full sister, given that the deceased has debts?

The repayment of debts and the execution of legitimate bequests from one-third of the estate must take precedence. If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the wife receives one-eighth, and the remainder is divided among the deceased's children, with the male receiving the equivalent of two shares of a female. The sister receives nothing because she is excluded by the presence of a son. We emphasize that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is insufficient; rather, they must be referred to the Sharia courts.
