What is the ruling on operating a car for "Uber" if its model does not comply with the the company's conditions?

It is not permissible to deceive the company if it stipulates a condition that is not met by your car, even if the car is otherwise qualified for the work, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Also, because what was presented to you involves lying and deception, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever cheats is not one of us."
