Do Muslim youth and elders who say that the gate of jihad is closed and that now is not its time fall under the warning of the hadith: "Jihad will remain sweet and green as long as rain falls from the sky, and there will come a time upon people when their reciters will say: 'This is not the time for jihad.' So whoever reaches that time, blessed is the time of jihad." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, will anyone say that?" He said: "Yes, those whom Allah, the angels, and all people curse"? And when does jihad become obligatory upon a Muslim, and when is a Muslim considered to be hindering jihad?
