What is the extent of sin that would befall a Muslim Shafii husband, moderate in performing obligatory prayers, who follows and admires Qadiani or Ahmadiyya programs, despite his criticism of them for not believing that the Messenger Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, is the Seal of the Prophets, while he declares the Shiites to be disbelievers?

The Qadiani (Ahmadiyya) sect is a deviant group, apostate from the religion. It is not permissible for a Muslim to follow their programs or admire them, because their beliefs are fallacies, lies, and fabrications. Muslim scholars have unanimously agreed that they are not part of Islam. Whoever follows their programs or admires them is in grave danger. The husband must be advised and warned against their deception and cunning.
