Is it permissible to freeze a portion of the deceased's inheritance for the purpose of educating and marrying off the children who have not yet married, or must the entire inheritance be divided, with each of them bearing the responsibility for their own education and marriage from their share?

None of the adult children have guardianship over minors or over other adults like themselves. Rather, guardianship is established either by the will of the deceased or by court order. It is not permissible to withhold any part of the inheritance for the education or marriage of some heirs. Instead, the inheritance must be divided, and each heir receives their lawful share. In case of dispute among the heirs regarding the inheritance, the matter must be referred to the Sharia court or to qualified scholars (mashayikh) who are competent to judge.
