Is the inheritance to be divided among the daughters without considering their ages, their education expenses, and their preparation for marriage, or is an amount to be reserved to cover these expenses before distribution, and how are the monthly household expenses to be provided for thereafter?

Nothing should be deducted from the inheritance for marriage or education before its division. Rather, the inheritance is to be divided among the heirs according to Islamic law, and each heir’s education and marriage expenses are to be covered from their own share. Upon the father's death, the inheritance becomes the property of the heirs. An adult of sound judgment receives their share and disposes of it as they wish. As for a minor or someone of unsound judgment, their share is managed by a guardian or someone appointed by the ruler, who disposes of their wealth in a way that is most beneficial for them. As for household expenses, they may share in them, with each one contributing from their share, and there is no harm in the minor participating with them in expenses from their own money.
