Is it permissible to pay a sum of money to an employee in a company to delay the due date of a debt owed by another company?

The amount paid for delaying debt repayment is a forbidden bribe, because the employee either has the right to delay the due date, in which case the payment to him would be a bribe for his obligatory work, and this is forbidden according to the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Gifts to officials are ill-gotten gains." Or he does not have the right to do so, in which case he combines accepting a bribe with treachery. Both the briber and the bribed must repent and return the rights to their owners, for nullifying the company's right to debt repayment is treachery.
