What is the ruling on organizing remembrance (dhikr) by (first) seeking forgiveness (istighfar), then glorifying Allah (tasbih), then declaring His oneness (tahlil), then proclaiming His greatness (takbir), then praising Him (hamd), and then reciting the Hawqalah (lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh) in a sequential manner?
