To what extent are the hadiths mentioned regarding the obligation to feed the hungry authentic, and do they permit taking up arms against people in a state of hunger?

Individual ownership is a cornerstone of the Islamic economic system, which distinguishes itself from both socialist and capitalist systems.

Citing the Hadith: "Whichever people of a city wake up with a hungry person among them, the protection of Allah Almighty is disavowed from them" as an argument for the abolition of individual ownership is a mistaken understanding, because the Hadith is weak, and its utmost meaning is an encouragement to feed the hungry. Furthermore, the reports narrated about a Muslim being compelled to hunger do not signify the abolition of the right to ownership.

As for the Hadith: "If a believer spends the night hungry, then no one has wealth," it is not a Hadith at all.

Sheikh Ibn Baz has issued a fatwa stating that the socialist system is an infidel system that contradicts the system of Islam, emphasizing that Islam prohibits a Muslim from shedding his brother's blood, taking his property, or violating his honor, and grants him complete freedom in disposing of his wealth.
