Is a curtain or a metal plate separating the toilet area from the ablution area in the same room considered a legitimate barrier that permits entering with the Quran, mentioning the name of Allah, and reciting the supplication for ablution?

The lavatory, where it is disliked to mention Allah Almighty, or to bring into it anything containing the mention of Allah, or where it is forbidden to bring the Mus'haf (Quran), is the place designated for relieving oneself. If there is a room and the place for relieving oneself within it is separated by a wall or a curtain, then the rulings pertain only to the separated area, as that is the place designated for relieving oneself.
