Is it permissible to purchase one or two cars from a cement factory through mediation (wāsiṭah) for the purpose of selling and profiting from them, knowing that one's financial situation is average?

If your reservation of the two truckloads and your purchase of them for sale and profit do not involve injustice or harm to others, then there is no objection to it, even if it is through the mediation of a company official to facilitate the transaction. However, if the reservation involves injustice to others and taking what is not rightfully yours, then it is not permissible, and intercession is forbidden at that time, because Allah Almighty says: "Whoever intercedes with a good intercession will have a share of it, and whoever intercedes with an evil intercession will have a portion of it. And Allah is over all things a Maintainer."
