When is the due date for a woman to pay Zakat if her wealth reached the nisab on 10 Rabi' al-Awwal 1424 AH? Is it on 10 Rabi' al-Awwal 1425 AH or on 11 Rabi' al-Awwal 1425 AH?

Zakat (definition) must be paid on money if a year (hawl) has passed over it while it reached the نصاب (minimum threshold). If it decreased during the hawl and then reached the نصاب again, the hawl is calculated from the day it completed the نصاب. If the money did not decrease during the hawl, then zakat becomes due at the completion of the hawl on the ninth day of Rabi' al-Awwal, and it should be paid on that day or the day after. It is permissible to pay it in advance before its due date, and it is permissible to delay it for legitimate reasons, such as the inability to deliver it to the deserving recipients on the same day.
