The husband erred by communicating with foreign women, and the wife erred by leaving the house. She should advise him. Procreation is a shared right of both spouses, and raising children is a shared responsibility, and the wife does not have the right to restrict the husband in this regard. The wife has the right to a separate dwelling that no one from the husband's relatives shares with her. The wife must travel with her husband if the country is safe and she did not stipulate in the contract that she would not leave her country. It is advised to have a mediator intervene between them, and for the wife to return to her home and husband. She may request a divorce if he returns to committing unlawful acts. If she remains, she must stay in his house, and it is forbidden for her to leave except with his permission; otherwise, she would be considered defiant (nashiz).
