Is the wife entitled to choose the wife to whom she waives her night, or does the husband have the right to choose with whom he stays after the waiver?

A woman may gift her share of marital lodging to whichever of her co-wives she wishes, or to her husband, or to all of them, provided the husband agrees, because lodging is a shared right between the spouses. If the husband agrees to the relinquishment, the woman to whom the share is gifted becomes entitled to the day of the woman who gifted it, and the husband is not permitted to give it to another. It is preferable for the woman to gift her night to the one whom the husband favors more, or to relinquish it to all wives without specific designation, in order to prevent jealousy. The woman who gifted her share may revoke her gift.
