A husband must be just among his wives concerning overnight stays, obligatory financial support, and travel with them. He is not permitted to forgo spending the night with one of them unless she relinquishes her right. It is permissible for a wife who has relinquished her right to an overnight stay to retract her waiver in the future whenever she wishes, and her right is immediately restored.
