Is the first wife, after her previous refusal to live with her husband, entitled to demand justness in overnight stays, given that he married a second time due to her refusal?

The first wife has the right to retract her consent to a division (of time/resources) less than her due, and to demand justice in the division from her husband.

The husband has the right to request his wife to come and reside with him in the country of his work, unless she stipulated that he should not take her out of her country. If she refuses, her right to the division is forfeited.

If the husband wishes to divide his time between his two wives in two different countries, he must be just between them by dividing the duration between them as much as possible, such as six months for each one. This is justice, and the wife has no right to object to it.
