Is this proposed arrangement for living between two wives (9 months with the second in one country, and 3 months with the first in the same country, with visits to the second without staying overnight) considered an injustice to either of them?

A husband is not required to inform his wife of his marriage to another woman. However, he must be just between his wives in terms of overnight stays, whether they are in the same country or different countries. He should spend an equal amount of time with each of them, unless one of them waives her right. If the two wives are in different countries, justice must be observed between them, either by the husband going to the absent wife during her allotted days, or by her coming to him. It is not permissible for the husband to reside with the second wife for nine months and with the first for three months, unless the first wife consents, and she must be informed so that her consent is based on clear knowledge.
