Is the second wife entitled to object to her husband going to spend the night with the first wife and dividing time between them, after an agreement was reached to divide the residency such that the second wife travels with him for six months, then returns to her country and the first wife comes?

A husband must be just between his two wives in terms of nightly division. If they are in the same country, he divides a night for each. If they are in two different countries, he divides a month for each, or something similar.

The husband is not obligated to make up for the period when the wife did not move to him due to her visa not being issued, as this matter is beyond his control.

The husband is permitted to change the method of division after each wife has received her due from the initial division. If the husband brings his two wives together in one country, he may return to the original division of a night for each.

It is not permissible for the husband to enter upon the other wife at night during the turn of the wife to whom the night is allotted, except out of necessity. It is permissible to enter during the day out of need, provided he does not stay long or engage in intercourse.
