What is the ruling on prayer and intercourse for a breastfeeding woman who continues to experience brown and dark discharges after her menstrual period?

The maximum duration of menstruation is fifteen days. Yellowish and brownish discharges connected to menstruation are considered menstruation.

If the blood and the yellowish or brownish discharge connected to it do not exceed fifteen days, then this entire period is considered menstruation, during which one refrains from fasting, prayer, and marital intimacy.

However, if that period exceeds fifteen days, then it is considered abnormal bleeding (istihada).
