Stealing from parents is forbidden. Among the conditions for repentance from it is returning the stolen item or seeking the owner's forgiveness. If you can return the stolen money to your father or seek his forgiveness without causing harm, then do so. Otherwise, strive to deliver his right to him by any means without informing him. As for the phone, if you return its value to your father or seek his forgiveness, there is no problem. If you are unable to do so, then turn to God.
