Is it obligatory to recite the bedtime supplications when sleeping during the day in Ramadan, knowing that some of these supplications, such as the last two verses of Surat al-Baqarah, are specific to nighttime?

Scholars have differed regarding the remembrances (dhikr) recited before sleep. Some are of the view that they are specific to nighttime sleep, while others have chosen to permit their recitation before daytime sleep as well, given that they are remembrances. Some have distinguished, saying that whatever is specified for the night is exclusive to it, and whatever is not specified is inclusive of both nighttime and daytime sleep. For example, the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah are specific to the night because of the phrase "in a night," whereas remembrances such as "In Your name, my Lord, I have laid down my side" are recited for both nighttime and daytime sleep, due to their not being specified for the night.
