Is it necessary to repeat istinja' after removing the cloth placed to prevent urine drops from falling during prayer?

If the impurity is continuous and something comes out after removing the tissue, then one should repeat the istinjāʾ (washing of private parts) before the farīḍah (obligatory prayer) as a precaution. However, if it is not continuous, then one must repeat istinjāʾ or istijmār (cleaning with stones/tissue) for everything that exits, except for wind. One must be careful of waswasah (whispers/obsessive thoughts), knowing that istijmār is sufficient as long as the impurity has not spread beyond its place in a عرفي معتبر (customarily recognized) manner; otherwise, istinjāʾ becomes obligatory.
