After relieving oneself, a person should not rush but remain until the محل (place of exit) is emptied, and then perform istinja' (ritual cleansing). What remains in the urinary tract does not harm them, as they are not accountable for waste that has not exited. If they perform istinja' and wudu' (ablution) and begin prayer, they should not interrupt it unless they are certain that something nullifying has exited, based on the hadith: "He should not leave (the prayer) until he hears a sound or perceives a smell." It is advised to dismiss whispers (waswas) and not give in to them.
