ما هي شروط البيع بالمقايضة؟

Barter is the exchange of a commodity for a commodity. It is stipulated that each of the two offers must be permissible, pure, usable, owned by its possessor, and capable of being delivered. If the two offers are Riba-based (usurious) and of the same kind, then equality and immediate possession ( قبض ) at the contract session are stipulated. However, if they are Riba-based but of different kinds, yet share the same underlying cause ( 'illah ), then immediate possession is stipulated without the condition of equality.
