Is it permissible to take usurious money from one's mother to purchase books of Islamic knowledge?

The mother has done well in her intention to rid herself of the forbidden usurious money. Her repentance is not complete except by regretting dealing with usury, abstaining from it, and resolving not to return to it, in addition to disposing of the usurious profits by spending them on the interests of Muslims or giving them to the poor and needy. It is not permissible for the mother to spend on herself or her children from these profits unless they are poor, in which case they may take according to their need. Therefore, it is not permissible to take from those usurious profits unless the person is poor and in need.
